Our students have taken on blacksmithing as extra art credits. They have built themselves a shade and through their infectious enthusiasm pulled in a beautiful cast iron forge! They are making beautiful things too! A member of the Balcones Forge comes to give lessons. They make: knives, hooks, hangers, shelf brackets, etc…
